Guest guest
let me be hypothetical.... i sympathize with someone who is 3 weeks out and has lost 4 pounds... i would also be very VERY upset too!! but sometimes..... if someone is 3 months out and down 75 pounds and they are acting all scared because they have only lost 2 pounds in the last week.... well i just think that person needs to step back and regroup. either they are fishing for compliments or they are having a hormonal episode or SOMETHING! i am only human and admit that i have a hard time being supportive of people who are losing like wildfire. it is also hard to find sympathy and support for those who are not losing and complaining about following the rules all in one breath. for example; if they were to ditch everything they dont like saying it makes them " gag " and eat whatever they please, drink soda and alcohol and ignore the " stages " then complain of slow weight loss??!! no sympathy here.... and it kills me that if anyone says ANYTHING except " you poor little thing " then those same people call names and throw accusations and say no one supports them here and they wont post ANY MORE! (then email me personally and call me a bit* & -- and WORSE!) i tell you-- i LOVE these post ops and there is no one who wants to see successes more than i do.... i want each person to achieve ultimate success! i try to support, but i have been accused of being mean, called names and worse over suggesting following the rules more closely or pointing out things that are causing their problems. sure.... everyone who has a problem is not guilty of not following the manual (some people physically cannot!) or automatically labeled as a " nonconformist " LOL! geeeez... but people need to lighten up and look within themselves sometimes. anyone who is upset and trying to do the best they can....confused over what to do... having trouble adjusting... i am here for you! i dont care how " silly " a problem seems, i will move heaven and earth to help and/or comfort and support you! if someone carelessly sabotages their own progress, and is looking for someone to justify their actions-- they wont hear it from me! these are hypothetical examples... NO ACTUAL POST OPS HAVE EVER SAID THESE EXACT THINGS TO ME!!! (well, except the ones who emailed me and called me nasty names) so i am not jumping on anyone and do not mean for anyone to feel stupid. (again, except for those ones who called me nasty names- LOL) these are just my opinions. not aggrivated or upset...(except for-- well, you know....) i am just giving an opinion... OPINIONS ARE LIKE NOSES - EVERYONE HAS ONE AND I HAVE A BIG, UGLY ONE THAT NOT EVERYBODY APPRECIATES!! LOL! be well folks! xoxoxo cathy s in va 11-16-00 248/138 (today) size 26 to an 8-10 NOTE: i DO have a size 6 pair of jeans that i am sure were a tragic sizing error at the jeans factory. but i have stopped claiming them since the last time i put them on my legs went immediately numb and i was squeezed so hard i almost threw up....i DID get them zipped though...... xoxo cs
