Now after almost 6 months I am down to 230 where you started out at!!! But if you remember how horrible you felt at that weight I feel like a feather compared to 310 lbs. Anyway I just wanted to congratulate you on your success and wish you continue holding your weight down eating good things for our new healthy bodies!! Many things have changed since that day. I reflect upon that day and think, " I am so glad I did it " . I can buy clothes in regular stores now...my husband even suprised me with a brand new outfit he bought and picked out himself. Before surgery he would have never done that because he wouldn't have known what size to buy cause I would never tell him!!! Only now does he know I wore a size 22 shorts! I would like to say, " HI " to my fellow littermates and I think of you all and would love to hear from you!
