My husband Carl is taking 3 - 4 teaspoons of Cayenne Pepper in a glass of water daily.

He has been off all heart and blood pressure meds for over 4 weeks now as well as being 100% raw for over 5 weeks.

He is getting stronger and feeling much better although he wasn't on the meds for more than 2 weeks.

It seems to have worked well on his circulation which was affected by his diabetes.

Good article except that it is better to take it raw or in powder form in tincture or water(diluted form) than taking it with the capsule - the stomach has no way of preparing for what is coming... as it dissolves in the stomach and it is unprepared... by taking it via the mouth the mouth sensors can let the stomach know what is coming and it can prepare with the right juices to handle the cayenne.wildmouse <wildmouse@...> wrote: Cayenne PepperDespite its hot nature, cayenne is actually a soothing restorative for the digestive tract when taken in raw form. It is the cooked cayenne that can irritate the body. The best form in which to take this herb is powdered and packed in a gelatin capsule. Care must be taken to ingest it after a meal or to follow it with a large glass of water or a harmless burning

sensation can occur.
