Mikee - the one who gives Dr Phil answers While I agree that reading the manual isn't always as " current " as talking with someone on the staff at CLOS I do agree that if more than " guidance " is needed, i.e. what people are eating, types of protein that are tasty, etc., the rule of thumb should always IN MY OPINION be the manual first and/or a phone call to the staff.
