Don't be alarmed! The orange grease is exactly that, fat not digested. That is

a GOOD thing.

That is the fat your body no longer absorbs.... reduce your grease anf fat

intake and it will stop.

ok Dr R !!!! this one HAS to be on the FAQ board--- agent orange HAS

to be the most frequently asked question!! LOL taryn, welcome to

the " orange team " it is a good thing..... it is undigested,

partially processed fat LEAVING your body! some people say the

orange team loses faster...... go to archives and put in the

word " orange " and you will see about 400 posts! LOL!!

You have met " Agent Orange " , LOL

It is undigested fat and very common for many MGBers. I had it

consistently for the first 2 months. These past few weeks it's been

sporatic.

Cut back on the amount of fat your are eating and you won't have this

problem.

The orange is fat that is not being digested. Which is good because you

want fat to pass

through.

It's, ok. You are just eating to much grease in your food. Eat lean meat,

seafood, chicken, yogurt and beans for your protein. Use olive oil, sprays

(Pam) and other healthy oils to cook with.

The orange is oil/grease your body can no longer store as fat. So it gets rid

of it the only way it can. Even with the eating changes, it will happen

sometimes. And you can't always control it. It's oil and it is gross.

The orange stuff is undigested fat--yey!!! You might want to watch

and see if you notice it when you eat higher fat foods. It may tell

you to try eating lower fat stuff.

shortly out of surgery I remember seeing something about it... Or atleast the

agent orange thing rings a bell... Thanks for being patient with me... )
