Small handful of fresh spinach4 - 5 carrots1/2 apple, seeded 1. Thoroughly wash all ingredients, peeling the carrots if they were not grown organically. Cut the vegetables into pieces small enough to fit into the juicer. 2. Bunch up spinach and push through juicer with carrots and apple, and drink immediately. Suzi What is a weed?
