Quick warning about " sun gazing " - some ES people can develop light

sensitivity as well. Sue has. It's a real nuisance because it limits her

going out in the countryside, which otherwise helps her ES. For her, low

winter sun is the worst, and the original trigger appeared to be looking at

the sun near sunset.

Thanks so much for these web sites. I have some reading to do. I am going to

have to go

look into some of these things. For instance, I have never heard of Tachyon

healing. Or

even rainbow meditation.

I feel like a grunt in this area. Hey...I just learned about sun gazing. I

like the idea of sun

gazing. It makes sense, apparently the pineal gland is stimulated by the

light that comes

directly from the eye. Helps to establish your cercadian rythym.

I like that. I feel better in the sun. Even THAT makes sense. That link was

the right link for

the Tree of Life. I am going to give that a read. The graphic alone looks

enticing to play

with no?

Thank you for those healing thoughts. After my little dalliance with

electricty and and RF I

do believe they will find their way to me.

Yes, 5 years ago I had a terrible time being in the sun -- I would

get sharp pains in my head almost immediately. Fortunately, after

I started improving, this is a symptom that went away pretty quickly.

Last year, I was in Hawaii for a week and essentially spent all day

on the beach, and had no problem at all with the sun.

I'm not really sure what made the difference though... heavy metal

detox? Increase intake of antioxidants?

Hi again, Ian,

I had sun sensitivity for awhile. You are right, mine was worse in winter. I

still get a rash if I sit in the sun in the winter for very long, but otherwise

it doesn't seem to bother me now.

My best to Sue; l hope she sees some real improvements soon,

Diane

Relax. virus scanning helps detect nasty viruses!
