Tumeric is good. MSM is also very good, glucosomine chondriton also. take equal parts acv and honey mixed in water daily. Also organic iron with vitamin e. PS You're on a roll!!!! Suzi Pearlmoon <pearlmoon@...> wrote: Hi everyone I just came home from the General Nutrition Center and bought some ACV to take a teaspoon a day(organic with the mother in it) and more cayenne to take twice a day also I always take raw garlic with a salad each day. I have a question though. I think I might have some arthritis and so I

bought some Devil's Claw and tumeric for it. I read that those two herbs were good for arthritis. Did I make a good choice? I also bought some CoQ10 to take each day as well. I got a good vitamin for everyday. So how am I doing? Do you think this is a good combination? I'll be starting a diet soon. I'm giving up red meat, all dairy and sugar. I'll still get sugar from the fruit I eat though. I'll be eating mainly chicken, turkey and fish with rice and raw fresh vegetables and raw fresh fruit and oatmeal in the morning. I'll drink mainly lemon water for my fluids. Along with the supplements I thought this made a good choice for some weight loss. I need to lose about 55 pounds. The most I can do physically is get on a stationary bike for a while each day. How am I doing? Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Sulfur can change the vaginal PH, probably doesn't effect most women, just those sensitive to PH changes (like me). I have to be extra vigilant. May not have much effect in low doses, but sulfur based antibiotics are even labeled as "could cause yeast infections in women".

Sulfur based antibiotics are much different than MSM or DMSO. The only antiobiotic I take is Super or complete tonic.... all natural .
