Hello,

I'm fine. Just very busy enjoying life since I'm not longer burdened

by extra weight!

Boasten and I have been emailing just in the last few days

about her taking over the MGB Friends website. I just cannot keep up

with it any longer. Please give her time to get familiar with it,

transfer files and I'm forwarding all the new updates that were

requested over the past several months.

I thank all of you who have shared photos and success. I'm saddened

to close this chapter of my life, but had to come to the realization

that I just couldn't keep up with it all. I wish you all the best as

you continue on your journies of losing and/or maintaining. May you

all be as blessed as I have been and continue to be,

Trisa,

A big thank you for doing the MGB friends website all

this time!! I know when I started my research it was

a big encouragement to see those pictures, and use the
