Sorry Norman, but we can't do that for you. You have to do that yourself.

But, the " unsubscribe " link is at the bottom of each and every email you

have gotten from this list.

You can do this easily -

Go to the bottom of this page, see the last item on the right called

" Unsubscribe. "

Click on that, and have a healthy and happy year!

I saw the Mason Jar Sprout rack on YouTube. Where did you get it? Are you still
