Well I went to weigh on the doctor's scale and was pretty

dissapointed.. I have been exercising and eating watchfully and have

only lost 4 lbs from last month. I really am not eating much, sound

familiar, and I need the extra weight loss for my hips and knee

joint. Yes, I am much better... I can't deny it, however, I still

could not hold a job that requires me to do much and standing to cook

or shop is sometimes pretty painful, getting in and out of the car

hurts. This puts me way down in the " slow " loser column. I still

need to lose about 100 lbs, but will be estatic with about 60. I

think I am losing inches, though, in the thigh and butt area, my

weakest link, so that makes me feel better I am terrified I will not

lose much more weight and at 238 am still very heavy. Hoping and

praying that this is just a slow time.. I don't want to be a fashion

model, but the more weight I lose the better for my joints. and any

more wls is out of the question at this point, I was a self pay and

now I am on temporary insurance..I just found out that no insurance

wants to cover you for 5 years after a wls.. any one.. and that is

pretty scary. This is not all that is going on... I have been very

positive and will keep working on it... thanks for letting me vent...
