Guest guest
Hi All I have been dizzy when I get up out of bed and feel like I am walking sideways since I have been raw. I sometimes feel lightheaded to. Is this just changes in my body? I though the dizzy could be from my neck because it has probably shifted again since I have lost so much weight over the past few weeks about 13 pounds in total. Any thoughts. Suzi Hi Suzi I gave up sugar a 250g block of chocolate with creamy centres daily almost. Used to have 1 cup coffee per day. Yes I am eating good salads, green smoothies, fruit, nuts, essene bread and avacado dips etc as well as some vege dishes too. Stress is minimum and Carl is doing OK. Still have times when he worries me but he is getting better. Tracey

Guest guest
It is common for some to feel dizzy and lightheaded when they change their diet even to vegan as well. I heard it can last several days. Drink more water, rest, and if you are not planning on 100% raw, then I know Malkamus suggests adding in some cooked foods to slow down the detoxing process. Feel well! carolgRainbow Egret <egret.09@...> wrote: ok, what all did you give up suddenly? Caffeine? Sugar? Are you eating good? How's the stress? Carl doing better? Guest guest
I imagine its a detox. It should get better.. Thanks Suzi Otherwise I feel great have more energy and no cravings at all. Even beat the kids up the street the other day pushing the tandem pram and all. My calves used to burn and I'd get out of breath ... but not anymore. Hi Carol I feel great otherwise. Question... what's rest? - impossible with 6 kids and a sick husband too. And yes I am planning on staying 100% raw. One thing though baby don't seem to mind she's happily breast feeding all the time.....as usual....with no problems at all. Tracey
Guest guest
i have had those same feelings some 2 years ago, very uncomfortable! this hapened when i started to eat way more raw and juicing a lot. my body felt like it was freaking out....... i knew it had to be the detox kicking in, after a few days feeling bad, i started to eat a little more cooked foods and cured the bad feeling. i still feel like that sometimes, i just eat something warm/cooked. rik > It is common for some to feel dizzy and lightheaded when they change their diet even to vegan as well.
