Hip, hip hooray for Doris Garibay!

the verdict is in, she is an angel there in Burlington! I love

her. She has been in contact with my dear sister (that has lung cancer)

and even visited her in the hospital with Ralph. That meant so much to

my sister and me since we have no family. Have you heard, " friends

become our chosen family " ? That is what Doris is to me! Love you lady!

Cat and I met Doris and her husband the day before I had my MGB.

(Lunch after clinic that day) She truly has so much love that you can

just *feel* it when you are near to her. She was one of the many

folks who made my first visit to North Carolina so much less scary as

a preop.

Just a short word about Doris....She is the very first person I met after the

MGB. At that time, littermate was a term unheard of. I don't know of anyone

who had surgery the same day as me. Doris was a couple weeks ahead of me and

she dropped by the hospital to see me and wish me well. We talked for an hour

or so and she was more help to me that you will ever know. She sent me cards

in the mail and via e-mail and we've always kept in touch....Doris and Ralph

are the sweetest folks anyone could hope to meet. I love ya lady Doris!!!

Nobody is more caring and loving than Doris, I always say she is the Saint

of the MGB!!!!!!!

I agree about Doris! She is one wonderful lady. Very caring and supportive. She

never forgets if someone is having troubles, etc. She is truly one of the gifts

of the MGB!

Ditto on Doris, Love ya Doris, she is surely a gift to all who meet her.

Then there is my buddy Larice, she too was such a welcome site when she and

Doris came to visit me after surgery.
