Guest guest
Okay the answer to the question... direct from my friend at Excalibur. The best way to dehydrate citrus is to keep the rind on. Cut into 1/2 " to 3/4 " slices and dehydrate the lemon with the rind still attached. The inside pulp will dehydrate until brittle. After brittle just "punch" out center into Ziploc bag and grind down more if needed. I also keep some with the rind and place @ bottom of tea cup as my tea is seeping the lemon will rehydrate. Yummy! If you are using pulp after you juice lemons ect. Just lay down the Teflon solid sheets and dehydrate until brittle. hope this help. Out PIN book is great.
