Fantastic !! You really are doing great !! Just let it keep rolling off

!!!

- My first day on PostOps

I signed on today and found out that I have been added to the postop groups.

I have come along way for this. I am so excited.

I had my surgery 10 Jan 01. I was 350 pounds and in pretty good health, but

was headed on the downhill slope. DrR has helped me do a complete reversal

and I am on top of the world.

I have lost 85 pounds to date, and 15 inches in my waist.

I am eating fine. I have had no complications of any kind. I am finally

adjusting to no bread. I took a while to learn that lesson, but I have. I

am lucky enough not to have any cravings. I was a chocolate lover. I don't

like the taste now. I love fruits and soups and salads. I do eat a lot of

chicken and love beans. I have not had any dumping. I take my vitamins and

cirtucell almost religiously. I want to be sure to follow DrR's

instructions because he knows better than I do about these things. I have

not had a single soda since my surgery. I love orange gatorade and blue

powerade. I do drink juices, too. But they are so sweet. I have had two

hot chocolates when it was cold here.

DrR has saved me. I feel better, I look better and am much happier. I can

see the bones move in my hands and arms now. I fit into clothes that have

been in the back of my closet since 1986. I love it. I have gotten rid of

all my larger clothes, with the exception of the set that I took my preop

pictures in.

I am more active now. I go out and walk the mall, I do my errands, I look

at clothes at the store now. I actually feel good about being seen again.

I have had guys make moves on me. Life is good. \

I did recognize some names on the listing. Hi Larice. You sound like you

are doing great. Let me know how you are.

I will close for now and read some more e-mails.

God bless you all and enjoy your dance.
