Guest guest
hey don, I did the blended salad. Green leaf lettuce, a few pieces of beet, spinach, parsley, celery. I chewed the sloosh before I swollowed and took it in slowly. Then about a half hour later, up it came. What would your opinion be...maybe too much fiber? That's what I'm thinking. I took an " osteo-prime forte " supplement with it...might that may have been the culprit as well? For now I'll back down to juices, water and soups - doll. Like it needs a break. I don't believe that osteo-prime forte had anything to do with nor the fiber. I think maybe you just need to do a simple water only fast or a juice only cleanse. I believe you would be much better just sticking to the juices. Try to limit the roots though and go mostly with greens. Too much of the carbs will spike the blood sugar without the fiber. If you can, stick close to the bed and make really good use of it. Spend a lot of time there and allow your body to rest. Black out your vision to if you can stand it. This cuts down on a lot of energy that can then be utilized in healing, cleansing and rebuilding. You know, those black eye masks for sleeping. Work great for this. Now just in case I missed it, any idea how you got into this predicament? Can you give me any clues? -- Peace be with you, Dolly. Has to do with trying to make the rent while working a few part time gigs -- two of which have to do with teaching ad serving others..hey, its what I do. I'll make an effort to get more rest. One thing I probably need is more stability...but hey, then I'd probably be bored. Thanks for the help. I'm boiling down some already boiled down green beans to eat before the meeting just so I won't be totally running on empty tonight. Not much in nutrients there but it will be soft and warm for my tummy. I still have my headache from the blended salad rejection....hrumph! Thanks, dolly
