Guest guest
Toni, I've told my whole family that if that would happen get the cayenne and down it in me. The "kids" are doing great now... can't say the same for hubby... We spent the day (Fri) at the emergeny room... He went to the dr for chest pain (had it since Thanksgiving off and on).. Chiro told him he had a rib out of place in Dec... put it back but DH didn't follow her instructions... At the dr they told him he either had had a heart attack or was having one (EKG) and put him in the hosp emergency room... By the time I got there they had run tests and given him "nitro"... (3)... no effect... his BP was up... they said something and he said well yours would be up to if someone told you you were having a heart attack.. he then proceeded to lower his BP to normal...... then after a while (still having pain) they tried heartburn type meds since the nitro had no effect... (HE would not take any cayenne).. no change with the acid reflux meds... well, about 20 minutes the pain let up and then came back... they finally decided to give him a heart stress test... and another nitro.... so by now he is getting a head ache from the nitro... he takes the stess test... everything in regards to the heart comes back normal... no heart attack.. heart is fine... so now they are going thru the process of elimination. he trys an acid reflux med and goes back to dr... to talk about stress... (which I think it is) He has a very stressful job. (You think he would try my herbs, oh no...)... However, I'm sticking raw garlic into things and ST pulp when possible... and tonic into the V-8 .. hehe. I'm glad it's not his heart but he is a stubborn one...as far as taking meds or anything. Now you would think with all I know that he would listen and try ........... nope. But, I'm fine.... SuziTone <tone102@...> wrote: Ha Suzi, ya think? When having a heart attack one does not think of downing anything. You cannot even breathe so I cannot imagine drinking anything. Been there so I talk from experience. hope you, hubby and all the "kids" are doing well Autos. Looking for a sweet ride? Get pricing, reviews, more on new and used cars. My mum and dad on the other hand are about as stubborn - yeah. I could get them both well if they'd listen to me. I mean mum thinks the hospital food and what the dieticians say is good - mmmm - oh well. Tracey
