I don't know why I never got the original of this (good old groups acting up again), but yes, , that's what you do. I've seen it done many times. There is even a web site that teaches you how to do it all by yourself, but I've lost the URL over the years.

have heard that you have to be careful with muscle testing – take it with

a grain of salt, so to speak – because with some products you may get a

false reading. For example, when

you hold probiotics and muscle test for those, your

body will say “no”. However,

what your body is really saying is “no, I don’t want to go through

any type of cleansing because it will be uncomfortable, so don’t use this

product, I don’t want to feel uncomfortable.”

No, I've never heard of this. In this case, though, the testor isn't asking the proper question. You have to be careful the way you phrase the question.
