Guest guest
I actually like all three - make sure you get the zero carb one though. There is vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. If I am in a hurry I mix it with just about 4 ounces of water and drink it - it is like " thin " chocolate milk. If I have time I like to mix either vanilla or strawberry with either sugar-free Kool-Aid (my current favorite is Soarin Strawberry) or Crystal Lite along with frozen fruit for a yummy and quite filling smoothie. I also on occasion for a thicker shake use the pre-mixed EAS Carb Control chocolate or vanilla and add 1/2 scoop of Isopure for the 30 grams of protein in one sitting (I have been told on multiple occasions by multiple people that no one other than a body builder can absorb and therefore fully utilize more than 30 grams of protein in a sitting). Adding bananas to the chocolate EAS and 1/2 scoop Isopure is quite thick and really yummy - satisfies a late night sweet craving quite nicely with almost no sugar or carbs. Once again - everyone is different - not everyone likes the pre-mixed drinks, etc. This is what has been helpful for me. The Isopure is cheaper at www.isopureoutlet.com than at GNC by the way! > re: cathy's confession > > > > > > > > > > > > Hi , > > > > > > > > You are too funny!
