Gloria - we're about 95 - 100% raw 95 - 100% of the time. If that makes any sense. Seeing as we don't have a stove/oven it's pretty easy to stay raw. Occasionally we do go out for dinner, but even then I usually stick to vegan food.

I'm going to check at the big alternative market today and see if they have any of these crackers and will let you know.

The thing I run into is you cannot make really crispy crackers without flour and I don't do any grains. But we'll see........

Sounds like us, Gloria. No oven for years, only a toaster oven and the gas range top. No microwave. Though we do have a plug in convection oven that we use on rare occassions.
