I've heard that holding it all in helps it shrink back better--and my lower abdomen seems to prove that point--my upper thighs and upper abdomen aren't doing as well. I have tried to find complete coverage, including arms, to no avail. I did, however, find a garment that gets the midriff, abdomen, and thighs. It's called a body builder support garment, and is made by Carol Wior (Slimsuits maker). You can buy them online on the Home Shopping Network website (http://www.hsn.com/default.asp). Just go under keyword and type in Carol Wior and then look thru all her merchandise. I have a long torso and have never been able to find a bodybriefer that fit.
