Pretty amazing for someone who likes almost all veggies. Today I was in the grocery store and was walking over to buy a bunch of organic beets. There was a lady standing there with 2 store clerks...she wanted the beets without the greens on top. It was weird...the clerks had no idea what to do. They just stood there holding the beets trying to figure out how she could buy them without the greens. I walked over and just grabbed a bunch of beets (with the greens) and put them in the bag. The lady looked at me amazed and asked if there was really something useful for the green part. I said "sure is", explained a little bit, and she asked if she could actually eat them in a salad and would they taste good? Well, needless to say, she bought the bunch, greens and all. ;-).
