Okay Dolly,

So your burning the candle at both ends and in the middle too. Got it.

Stability yes, you could use a healthy dose of that. I seriously doubt

that you would be bored though. I am quite certain you could find plenty

to keep you occupied. You just need to learn your limits. Either you

learn them yourself or the physical universe will teach you the hard way.

You gotta slow down a little girl. Smell some roses, enjoy a little of

your life. I know, I know, gotta pay the rent. <sigh> Eating more raw

will give your body the necessary enzymes to digest what you are eating.

Try to eat less cooked.

Peace be with you, Dolly.

Try adding lemon juice to your water. Lemon will assist in dissolving

gall stones. Just add the juice of 1/2 to 1 whole lemon to each and

every glass of water you drink. Also you might wish to take a tablespoon

or two of cold pressed olive oil in the mornings. This will help to

" lube " the bile duct, back off Guido!!!!

I understand the slim pickin's and living off the credit card really

well. We are here to help and support. We'll help you get through this
