This stops the production of hydrochloric acid by the stomach. We want to regulate the production of acid. Whether there is too much or not enough, this simple formula will be a great aid: 1 tbsp. raw honey 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar Mix in a glass of steam distilled water and drink. As one that was perscribed Tagamet/Prilosec/Aciphex/Prevacid to the point of almost certain death, I can say honestly that ANYTHING that gets one off of those toxic poisons is better by far than taking them.
