Use those fruits RAW and get 1,000 timesthe nutrients, plus their own built-indigestive enzymes and FORGET the whole wheat anything! Wheat makes the body fill UP with MUCOUS... unless you SPROUT it and then dry the sprouts and powder them to make dehydrated crackers!
