Hello everybody... I just wanted to post my 3 month update.

As of today I've lost 59 pounds! Yeah!!!

I really wanted to make 60 pounds by the 3 month mark, but hey, I'll

take my 59 and be really happy!

I'm feeling real good... I went through the real tired period during

my second month, but the tired feeling has just about gone away now.

I feel it if I forget to take one of my vitamins (I've missed my mid

day vitamin a few times and it really seems to make a difference in

my energy level.) Also, if I don't get enough liquids, I seem to

feel tired... so I try to drink plenty of gatorade. Love that fierce

grape!

I had a tough second month also in terms of feeling nauseous a lot...

not throwing up, just a sick feeling in my stomach and that also

seems to be getting a lot better as I cross the 3 month threshold.

I can eat just about anything ... I'm still pretty cautious about

what I eat and how much, but nothing has really bothered me. I just

try little bits of anything that appeals to me. I have been

fortunate that I have had no dumping episodes and I have had no heart

burn or reflux of any kind. Knock on wood!!!

I can still wear a lot of my old clothes... they're just real loose

and comfy at this point. I got rid of most of my suits and dress

clothes a few weeks ago because they looked sloppy, but a lot of knit

slacks and tops still work, as I said, just real loose and comfy. I

work from a home office so day to day I don't have to worry about my

clothes too much. I have only purchased a couple of new outfits just

in case I have to go out or to a business meeting. I'm trying to

hold of on new purchases as long as I can.

Also, I have not experienced any noticeable hair loss as yet.. I hope

I don't but I don't know if I'll be that lucky. I have been taking

protein supplements so helpfully that will help AND I never did eat a

lot of meat, but lots of cheese, so I don't know if that will make a

difference or not.

I found a great SOY ice cream that my daughter is using. She is

nursing her new baby who is allergic to milk so she has had to find

lots of substitutes for milk products. The Soy ice cream is SOY

Delicious and the chocolate cream is great... I had a spoonful and

couldn't tell the difference from ice cream. I think I'll get some

when I return to Cincinnati because it's loaded with protein and I

would welcome the ice cream like treat.

Well, thanks for listening to my update!
