It was recommended by my pediatritian also for both my kids. I have not tried it yet; however, I was thinking of getting some when, after the holidays, I get my energy up and myself all "psyched up" to try to get my son to stop slipping in to our bed in the middle of the night - every night. He has done this since he could walk and I've tried numerous things in the past. Since we've moved here and all the other changes I've put it on the backburner; however, after the holidays, I may try AGAIN.

I'm open to any and all suggestions if you've dealt with this similar situation.

I have tried it, but unfortunately, it did not work for my sons. However, everyone's different, and even our pediatrician said it couldn't hurt to try it.

Has anyone tried giving their child melatonin to help him/her sleep? Results?

Has anyone tried
