Re: my child got suspended and they wont even show doc they cant fin

thank you for your respoce, but i have called olr and the rep i have talk with saud they can do this and until they use the 10 day up there nothing they can do, and said thay i should be lucky that he didnt get more then the 2 days. i dealth with them and they suppose deal with them and never even fisnh the iep meeting from last may, so i been in the rutt saying i get to it been busy and so on. when ask to come down and help she said her work load is over welm. so i here trying to get better, i had one bfa done few yr back i had to fight for that but seo cer did it but the school never reveal the paper work so i called them and she sent me copy and the school never foloow thry what they suggested but she didnt do too mcuh to fight for my child either just said that if the school calls she be out to finsih the fba up, but never conclued the plan in, so know we have another incident and the school keep saying it not that bad well if it not then why is he being suspended. it

all comes down they dont want to provided an aide since the dr and stuff all suggested this since 3 grade and they been fighting for him not to have one and i dont have any one to help and i dont have money for a lwayer i try legal aid and the scwed me up big time and the perosn left and said he didnt need an aid after the dr and hospital all said he need one and they went inot the school and they let the school run all over them and i had to stand up and fight my self and that how i got my fba on my own, i has for behavior plan and the school said no and the legal aid just sat there and did nothing. so i never go thru that again, but with olr service i have rep she try little bit still the school over power and she still let them go and let them do b/c i still in the same thing. and the rep goes now your son is older do you really want him to have an aid he might not like that and i said now we been trying to fight this since 3 grade and now were

going to give in? i dont understand. i here feel like i all by my self. i trying to get back on my feet. i had female surgery and i ended infection then my incsion came open and then my bowels stop working so that why i ended up back in the hsopital. that why i hate this school sysytem, i dont know if i try to contact that lady from seo serr again and see but i prefer a good perosn that knoew what there doing so you say a doctor can do it but how do you find this ? thanks guys i feeling sick i try to get back got to go. angie
