Congrats PhillyJude!!!!! This is great!!! I'm really happy for

you. We are pretty close in starting weight and weight loss. I had

my surgery a little over 3 weeks after you. Seeing you go below 200

gives me hope that it will happen for me someday soon also. If I

could dance, I would, unfortunely, I have two left feet. That might

be one of my goals. When I get the weight off, learn to really

dance. I have always been to self-conscious about my weight to even

try to dance. Never wanted everyone to see all the fat flying. Keep

up the good work!!!!

Philly Jude,

Congratulations on making it to the 100 club! I thought of you this

weekend. It was a hectic weekend as I expected. Spent a lot of time

in Mt. Holly & Florence, my Dad is doing much better and should go

home within a few days.

Next time, we'll get together.
