It comes in 3 peices, one goes around the chest and then the 1 straps that go over the shoulder and velcor to the chest part. It gives him great imput. I was hoping there was one that would fit under clothes and not be so obvious. Hmmm....I should make a request to abilitations or one of them and see what is in the works. I had one more question - one email stated that the vests should be worn no more than 20 minutes but I'm assuming you were referring to a regular weighted vest and not the type I was looking for?
