being a woman of " iron impairment " these days, i, too am quite

excited and " alert " at the very mention of liver! PJ, does this mean

i am getting old too??? gosh.....

No chance, . We're not getting older, we're getting better. Ask any

woman my age, they will confirm this story! Life is way too good to really

concern ourselves with numbers. I am (I decided) no longer a number. Not a

height, a weight, an age or an income. I am just a person, of many parts.

I've made liver & onions in the VM. It was yummy & stayed together well. U have

to freeze the liver. I VM everything together & then dropped it by tablespoon

onto a hot iron skillet. I used coconut oil as the oil. I pulsed it til it was

the desired consistancy.
