I lost 8 pounds this month, which I am not real surprised this month has been HELL. I look forward to a better month to come. I have read the e-mails about the picnic and the motels and I think Marriott would be great. I also got an e-mail from Dr. Rutledge he is now requiring a follow up appointment for 1,3,6,and 12 months after surgery and yearly there after...Did anyone else get this message???
