I lost 8 pounds this past month, which I am not really surpised this month has been HELL. I look forward to a better month to come. I have read the e-mails about the picnic and the Marriott sounds wonderful. I also got an e-mail from Dr. Rutledge that said he is now requiring a visit by us on 1,3,6, and 12 months and yearly afterward.....Did anyone else get that e-mail???
