Guest guest Posted June 13, 2001 Report Share Posted June 13, 2001 For those of you who have told me you were interested, I wanted to post my " weigh-in " from yesterday. If you recall my first week was .6 of a pound (not bad while on menses). My second week was a respectable 3.6 lbs. I was pleased. I am finding this is working for me and I actually feel better not eating rich, heavy, fatty foods. I went to a going away party for my minister and sampled a little of this and a little of that, and I felt a difference after eating. I felt kinda full and sluggy, no energy. I didn't pig out but I ate so little all day I was able to eat what I wanted. It satisfied my cravings (which aren't really bad) for different, more high caloric foods. 23 lbs to goal, unless I LOWER it AGAIN.
