Awww, JP. What joy your posting gave me! I am so glad that you continue to

head downward in the weight department. Amy will have her daddy so much

longer than she would have otherwise. So proud of you. About the body

" part " , I think relativity plays a major role here. Everything looks so much

bigger against a smaller backdrop! And we all know, the major sexual organ

is the brain. With your smaller size, and corresponding agility, why I

shudder to think what you may " come up with! " Be well. Be happy. Warmly,

HI JP!

Congratulations on you great achievement. It sounds as though you are doing

great.

I really dig your differentiation between the small " d " diet and the big " D "

diet. I see a paradigm shift and you have coined a new MGBism. Henceforth,

one and all will be able to talk about their diet without anyone saying that

Dr. R. said we didn't have to Diet. Beautiful.

Congratulations! Well done!

As for the " side effects, " I TELL all women I meet about the

1 " /10lbs. rule, adding that I'm closing in on 90 lbs lost, but then

I'm afraid to show the pudding in which the truth is!
