Today is also my 3-month anniversary (and tomorrow is my 41st

birthday). I have lost 55 pounds.

I went to my PCP today and he says I've lost 61 pounds since February

and predicts I'll be down 100 pounds by 6 months. I've noticed a

slow down in weight loss so I told him I wouldn't count on it but I'd

take it if it happened.

My weight loss is terrific and I am pleased. If I had not woke up

Wednesday night with bile reflux, I would be even happier. Now I am

a little worried that I'm going to be one of the people with long-

term bile problems. I have always been one to sleep on my stomach

and my PCP told me that people with bile problems should sleep on

their right sides with their heads elevated to promote bile

drainage. I'm going to try that to see if it helps.

My PCP also asked me to check to see if others who have had their

gallbladders removed and who developed bile problems achieved any

benefits from taking Actigall. I never took the stuff because I had

my gallbladder taken out 5 years ago. The PCP says the Actigall is

supposed to decrease bile and wonders if others in our community have

seen that benefit. If you have, please let me know.

Thanks to all who commented on their sex drives... or lack thereof.

I must say that all of this lost weight has turned my husband on but

has not had the same impact on me. I'm lucky I get enough sleep!!!!

Have a great weekend.

Molly
