Guest guest
Greetings Group It's been a while. I have been very busy. We moved 2 months ago. I still have not unpacked many many boxes. We just acquired a rescue " puppy " who is about 6 mos. old, 40.5 lbs, half border collie half heinz who is more than a handful.. his previous owners surrendered him as " unable to train " who, him or them???? It takes three of us just to keep him exercised. He is very active. very smart too... who would have thought a roll of toilet paper would be a toy, especially attached to the holder???? I have lost a few more lbs. I have lost a total of 84.5 lbs from a weight of 298lbs, I hope to see the century mark by my year anniversary.. hopefully. It is definitely slowing down, but as long as it keeps going and I keep losing inches as well I am a happy camper. I really wish I had been able to get to the picnic, I would like to put faces to these names. I enjoyed reading all the posts about the picnic. I am still doing Tai-chi and water aerobics.. the dog gets one long walk from me every day. I can only handle about 45 minutes, with my knees and hips. I hope and pray for all to have a safe and Happy Halloween. I have heard that it would be best not to travel much on that day.. This will be the first time I am NOT looking forward to filching candy from my son... hee hee hee.
