I must have been kicked off for awhile and know I'm getting sent the lovely mail again. Well anyway just wanted to say Hi and that I finally conquered the 100lbs. technally it's more like 105lbs. My body is not letting me eat a whole lot but thats ok. I've had my ups and downs but I went from a size 28 to a size 14. If I don't get any smaller that is o.k because i'm comfortable. Well good luck and take care. a in Wisconsin 299/196/? 03-07-

Guest guest
Great story L', Thanks for sharing and keeping those who are struggling to get where you are, full of hope. Tom H. Cape Cod DrR 02/06/
Guest guest
Thanks for your reply. That story is only the half of how my life really is. I can't say you have no idea, but you do. I was a miserable soul girl. I made a tape of me in the nude after the doctor told my I would die if I didn't lose a considerable amount of weight. That tape is horrible. I look at it sometime and I cry at how I looked. Not just my body, but the misery in my eyes. I was a horrible life, and I lived it for 45 years. Yes, I am 51. I am grateful that I don't have all of the hanging skin that I thought I would have. Oh, there is some skin, but not an enormous amount. I usually wear the legs body shapers and I am fine. At my age, I don't think I will see a young firm body (lol). I am pleased with my appearance. More than anything else, my health is much better. I can run. Believe it or not. I even run in place during my exercises. I feels funny going into a store and just buying " normal " sized clothing. It feels funny to sit in a booth at a restaurant and not have my legs and my gut touching the table. I consider myself lucky. Many nights I would lay awake and watch all of the obese commercials about Citosol, Citosan, Fat blockers this and Fat blockers that. It should be a law against all of that mess. I have ordered Powter, and all of those other people that come TV, thinking that it will work. Well.....it might work for those little skinny people that be on the commercials. I still have all of that Citosol stuff. I am just happy that now, thanks to Dr. R, we don't have to live a life of misery and then die miserable. May God bless and keep you is my prayer. Sincerely, L' Beamon
