In case you didn't know,

Before sending in your reply to CCBMR/DD (Cuyahoga County) for continued finacial support for the coming year (July 1 - June 30). Be sure to use your IRS form Line 43 to report your taxable income. This amount is most often less than gross and net income and will help you qualify for a higher benefit amount. This is what they ask for in requirement for your benefit level. Call CCBMR/DD if you have any questions regarding this.

I'm not sure about other counties call your county board if you aren't a resident of Cuyahoga and need to know what your requirements are.
