6 week update

After a verrrrrryyyy slow start, the pounds are dropping off. This

weekend I felt so bloated that I thought I'd gained weight. I wasn't

able to exercise last week because of the pulled muscle in my leg. I

also hadn't been drinking my protein shakes because I was out of

milk, and couldn't remember to buy any. Anyway my point is that I

have tried everything, and the weight is coming off no matter what...

exercising, not exercising, whey protien, no weigh protein, soup and

yogurt, or " real " food.

I got dressed this morning after my husband backed into my car coming

out of the drive way *crunch* and my pants fell off of me, so after

we'd gone to the insurance company, the auto body shop, enterprise,

and then work, I stopped off at my Dr's office and weighed (I haven't

since the 12th) and I lost 10 lbs since then. Now, considering I

only lost 18 lbs the first month, I think this is great! I lost 8

lbs in the first 3 weeks! The last 3 weeks have been much better.

So, here I am. I don't think it is any magic combination, just that

it's working.
