I missed the autism society meeting last night did anyone go?

Hi, Donna!

I went to the meeting last night, and I thought Sondra was just amazing. I saw so much of my boys in what she said. Because of that, I now have a better understanding of why they might do certain things, like pronoun reversals, gender mix-ups, echolalic scripting, covering their ears, and why they might not be able to shut off a meltdown even if they are tired and wanting to go to sleep.

She was just amazing. I feel very privileged that I got to see her and hear her speak.

I missed the autism society meeting last night did anyone go? How as

the meeting? I think Sondra was supposed to speak. I still

haven't got to hear her speak. How did it go?

ps. the rash on my son's face went away and he didn't have any more

problems. thanks for all your letters and advice about it.

psps. sorry I don't write in often enough. I just never get a minute

and my computer seems to want to freeze up on me sometimes which

really drives me nuts. thanks.
