Guest guest
Hi everyone, it has been awhile since I have posted. Last time I posted I was just diagnosed with a c-toma and not loving it. I'm having surgery on May 28th and the doctor and I decided to do a CWD surgery. Due to the size of the c-toma which is quite large, it has taken over my mastoid bowl and bone has grown in place of it. Does this sound familiar to anyone? My memory is kinda fuzzy on all the details. He will be removing two of my hearing bones and will recontruct my eardrum. I'm excited to be getting this done but also nervous as I've never had surgery in my life. I haven't been feeling the greatest as the CT scan also showed I have a Superior Semi-circular Canal Dehiscence. I have a tremendous amount of dizziness and it keeps me from doing my normal every day activities. But I will make it through. I feel confident in my doctor (Air Force Doc), he has done a number of these surgeries and has even gone to Peraguay (sp?) to do surgeries down there. Again not sure if my memory is correct, lately I have a hard time keeping conversation's that I have had straight. But just wanted all to know I feel comfortable that he will take good care of me. Hope everyone is doing good and will keep you posted. Thank you for all your support! Blessings,
