actually I've heard of cases of other species drinking anothers milk

to surbive but they don't continue to drink milk after weaned like

humans.

I was raised on goat milk and know of people put on it for health

reasons. Goat milk has a lot of natural antibodies like mothers milk

and doesn't cause allergies like cow's milk. It's totally different.

Goats also produce milk the same as humans and are about the same

weight. Where as cow have four teets and two stomachs.

I've tried some of that " natural cheese " and I thought it was gross.

I would just rather cut it out of my diet than to eat it. It just

doesn't seem natural to me to turn rice into cheese.

I don't believe that all diary is bad. I was raised on raw certified

cow milk and limited organic dairy and we were never sick growing up.

My gall stones stem from anorixic days and constant meal skipping.

found out this is a big contributor to stones.

So please don't flame me cause I think a little bit of dairy is okay

especially from goats. My neices are goat milk girls and very healthy

Hi,

I can vouch for goat milk. We drank quite a bit when we lived in Iowa,

and got it fresh, directly from a farm. I'd also heard that goat milk

has always been recommended for elderly people with sensitive digestive

systems.

Milk wouldn't be as successfully used as it is if it didn't help

someone somewhere. We all are different, and some of us can be like

Burns and abuse our bodies well into our old age without a

problem. I had two grandfathers, one smoked cigars, didn't exercise

and drank hard liquor into his ninties with little health problems,

and the other was a vegetarian who exercised regularly but suffered

hearing and sight loss by his seventies. Genetics and attitude are a

big part of our health, and milk may be the perfect food for someone

with the right genes and an attitude that milk is good for them.

I just know that the supply of animal products today is continually

shown to be dangerous to most peoples' health, and is getting worse

every day with all the additives and pollution. (Animal fat traps

pollution to protect the animal from the pollution, so if you eat

animal fat, you are eating encapsulated pollution.)

Use your judgement to listen to what your body says when you put

things into it. If milk makes you feel good, then it is probably good

for you. If your body aches like mine does after a dose of dairy,

there's the message.
