Guest guest
Please email me if you want to talk alternative so we can start a group for those interested in speaking of alternative treatments. jennifer@... , I still find it valuable to be on this group and I hope you aren't opposed to some of us being on 2 groups (one where we can talk alternative?). My sister's daughter got rid of her cholesteatoma through alternative treatment (had surgery scheduled and the doctors were amazed at how much it shrunk and said to keep doing whatever they are doing, that surgery isn't needed). We are having success with our son as well through alternative treatment (he has had 2 surgeries and was going to need another, but so far we have held the cholesteatoma at bay through alternative treatments). I realize that surgery is the only option in many many cases, and feel that the surgeries for our son were absolutely necessary. The cholesteatoma grew back so quickly that a year later he needed surgery again, and we were told he may need CWD or further surgeries, so we got busy finding ways to keep the cholesteatoma from growing back (and it WAS growing back until we started alternative treatments). No disrespect intended, and I hope no one is offended that I hope to start a group where we can talk about these things. Warmly, Gallardo mother to 12 year old with cholesteatoma

Guest Kevin T
I am grateful for any info on alternative treatment of a cholosteatoma. I have it in my left ear and the general advice is surgery. Still I'd like to avoid surgery if possible. Can anyone be as specific as possible about alternative treatments? I am grateful.
