Re: update on my last post opp visit yesterday

Hi Glenda,

Several of my friends told me about the bands. They find them

effective. I used them when cruising on a small sailboat a few years

ago. I don't know if it helped motion sickness, but I will say I

consumed a lot and didn't get the bed spins!

Leaving on a cruise tomorrow and am taking them with me!
