Trish - FYI - The Chocolate Emporium in South Euclid has the creamiest

premium ice " cream. " There is NO DAIRY in this ice " cream " . There is

NO GLUTEN in this ice " cream " . It is heads and shoulders above the

soy stuff found in regular grocery stores and the Mustard Seed. I

consider the vanilla flavor to be along the lines of Breyers vanilla

ice cream, but creamier than Breyers. The Chocolate Emporium also has

coffee flavored, mint chocolate chip flavored, chocolate chip flavored

and 1 other flavor that I don't remember. If you want to buy some,

you have to be very explicit about requesting the GFCF ice cream since

they have different kinds of ice cream. It couldn't hurt to call

ahead to make sure they have the flavor you want. Also, this ice

cream is very expensive. Chris
