Is the C-toma growing back?

Hello....I'm 4 months post op and due to be seen by my surgeon next month. I

have been suffering with alot of headaches and pain in my head lately, i've

noticed my ear is rather stuffy with a lot of buzzing and ringing.......plus i

have been getting a lot of nausea again! It's only recently i have felt like

this since having the operation. Could this be a sign its growing back??? (I

havent had any signs of infection though).
