Ooohhh this packing is worrying me to death!!!

Today is a bad packing day. I just had to vent here. I am getting

mine removed in installments over six weeks..and am praying it just

falls out on its own before that or they take it sooner.

I know that sounds bad (Yes I am totally whining-I'll get over it)but

it feels like a cavern on the outside and packed and gooey on the

inside. I have throbbing that goes on in there and I swear I can hear

that but not much else. When I try to lay down, it drains...and I

can't put my ear down on the pillow so I am having to hang my

forehead off something to sleep (I have always slept on that side

because my ear drained like a faucet for almost four years so it is

a total habit now and I can't sleep any other way). It itches...if I

move my head certain ways, I can feel it pop around and stuff.

No foul smell or anything else to signal infection so I know it's

good in there...I remember this from the last time and how much I

hated the packing. I swear that is almost worse than the actual

surgery...lol. I think I endured this so much better when I was

younger (15 years old) than I am now. LOL.

April 26th cant come too soon....I get more removed.

Okay im done. Gotta put the roast in and get ready for the big family

dinner tonight.
