of Your Money

Learn to successfully spend and save your dollars!

Self Advocacy Training Opportunity!

This is a cognitively adapted training session designed for adults and young adults who are eligible for County Board of MR/DD services.

When: April 26, 2005

10:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Where: Hillsboro, Ohio

(about 1 hour southwest of Columbus in Highland County)

Location to be announced soon

This training will help self-advocates manage their own money. They will learn about banks, checking accounts, debit cards, paying bills, spending traps, saving money, contracts and more.

Each self advocate will receive a copy of

of The Arc of the US and the National Endowment for Financial Education.

There is no cost for this training session. Lunch is provided.
