A Dynamic Kids Activity

Got a Pole? Let’s Go Fishing!A few rods and reels are left over from the1st Annual Kids Fishing Day. As before, they are available by RSVP on first come first serve basis. If anyone wants a fishing pole, a $2 donation is requested to cover the cost of shipping. Date:Sunday April 30, 2006 Time:1:00 Noon - 4:00 PM Ages:6 - 17 yearsParent participation is required. As before, they are available by RSVP on first come first serve basis. (See the RSVP section). Location:Delco Park in KetteringWe will meet at the gazebo shelter by the pond. Directions: Delco Park is located at 1845 E. Dorothy Lane Kettering, Ohio.From I-75, take the I-675 north exit. From I-70 and I-35, take the I-675 south exit. Take the Indian Ripple exit. Turn left off the exit ramp and proceed left/west a few miles. Indian Ripple becomes Dorothy Lane. After you cross the intersection of Dorothy Lane and Woodman Dr. (approximately 5 traffic lights), you will take a right at Woodman Center Dr. which is the next / 6th traffic light. You will see the entrance to the park on the left. Proceed until you see the gazebo on the right. Park in the parking lots on the left. Notes: This activity requires parent participation. Some bait and beverages are available.A few rods and reels are left over from the1st Annual Kids Fishing Day. If anyone wants one, a $2 donation is requested to cover the cost of shipping (see RSVP).This will be a casual fishing day without all the hoopla of the 1st Annual Kids Fishing Day. RSVP:An RSVP is required to reserve one of the remaining Zebco rod & reel per youth. You must be present to obtain a rod & reel. Fishing rods are available to those who did not receive one on April 8th.We must receive your RSVP by April 28st.
